Difficulity in controlling anger

First we discussed with the students how to control anger. Then the students were divided in to small groups and they were given a task to think of situations which cause anger and we discussed ways to stay calm in each situation. Once we were finished I showed images of photo manipulation which makes chosen items in the picture look smaller or larger. Then the groups tried to create pictures in which anger was presented as small and the person in the picture was trying to get rid of the feeling.
